3: 10 Ways to Work on Your Happiness
Happiness is not just going to come. A fairy is not going to just bestow it upon you on day. You have to go out a work for it! Here are the 10 ways I beleive you should go about it!
- Self Talk: be mindful of the negative self talk. If you wouldn't say it to a loved one, don't say it to yourself.
- Journal: it's good to get things out and take a sec to reflect.
- Feed your Mind: just like your body, the more good you give your mind, the better.
- Set Goals: you are either moving forward or backwards. Having something to look towards helps you get excited about life.
- Help Others/GIve back: there is a joy that comes from helping something that is unlike anything you can create.
- Let it Go: most things are not that big of a deal. Getting stressed over it won't solve the issue.
- Schedule joy/fun: As adults we forget to have fun. So get
- Workout: moving your body in whatever form of exercise you prefer is SO important for not only your physical health but your mental health as well.
- Eat Well: If you feel like crap, it's pretty hard to be happy.
- Rest: burn out can make you grumpy.
