Your diet sucks....

This is NOT me saying this...as I don't even know what the heck most of you are eating.

But I do know that many people get on a diet and feel miserable...and they feel that dieting sucks.

They count down the days until they can eating "normal" again...and when they go back to their old ways...lose the results...so back to a diet.

Eventually this leads to burnt out and not wanting to even think about dieting...
