Do you stick to your healthy habits when you are on vaca?

I didn’t. 

I would forget everything I put in place because I was “on vacation!”

Then I would come back and feel like I was starting all over again. 

It actually felt like I would take steps backwards. 

Then I started doing things for my health that were non negatable…and found it was necessary to do them no matter where the hell I was.

And my mindset around vacations shifted. 

My mindset about my habit shifted. 

And it has helped my health and longevity tremendously .
