Over the last 10 years, I've seen it all, and working to get people back to basics is a pillar in the nutrition coaching program at my personal training studio. 

A year ago, we got to the point where we needed help and brought on Abbie to our team. 

And thank goodness we did! 

She very quickly became an  integral part of our team. 

Here's a little bit about Abbie...

She has a bachelor's in Exercise Science and is currently studying for a master's in nutrition with an emphasis on dietetics. She is also completing the requirements for an RD credential. 

AND she works full time at our studio, handling the majority of the nutrition coaching. 

Because she is clearly a badass, I asked Abbie to be a guest on my podcast in order to go through her approach to nutrition coaching and share some tips and tricks.
