Is going to the extreme the only way to gain success?

Do you HAVE to cut out TV?

And ONLY read nonfiction.

And ONLY listen to podcasts, no music to get where you want to be?

It seems a LOT of people were spreading that message...that is until Yellowstone came out! 🤣

Then it was ok to watch TV as long as it was Yellowstone 🤷‍♀️

I get the sentiment around it, if you have time for those things you have time to work harder on your goals.

Yet, is one extreme better than the other?

I think it's debatable.

In this episode, I go through exactly why exchanging one extreme for the other is actually hurting you, not helping.
