In this episode, I interview a good friend of mine, Cathy Falk, who is a holistic nutritionist. She helps her clients heal and create a sustainable healthier lifestyle through food, mind calm and her amazing coaching.

Hey guys, It’s Amy. I am super excited to introduce my first interviewee! I’ve asked my friend,Cathy Falk who also happens to be an amazing holistic nutritionist to come share what she does and why.

I first met Cathy when she became a client at Infinity Personal Training, the studio my husband and I own. That was over 5 years ago and we have been friends ever since!

Before we get started, let me give you a little background on Cathy. After spending 17 years in the financial industry, Cathy went back to school and graduated from the Canadian School of natural nutrition in 2012. She is now a registered Holistic nutritionist and has a healthy hormones certification. She is also a Mind Calm Coach, which may sound unfamiliar but trust me it’s something you will want to hear more about.

Cathy LOVES learning about the body as a whole and enjoys making food that not only tastes great but is good for you.I even left this interview with a bag of gluten free oatmeal cookies that were AMAZING!. She uses all that knowledge to help her clients learn to heal their bodies and create a sustainable healthier lifestyle.
