What’s the difference between being hungry and having a craving?
I think the difference is pretty simple….
Hunger is when you want any food…A craving is when you want a specific food or type of food.
That part is simple…the challenging part is thinking about that in the moment, learning to listen to what your body truly wants and needs, and THEN following through on it.
