What if you didn’t have to let the holiday absolutely crush you?

How would it feel to enjoy what was designed to be a joyous time AND not derail the F out of your goals?

Even if you’ve never felt that way, it doesn’t mean it’s not possible for you. 

You gotta start with why you were doing the habits you were doing in the first place (more focus, less anxious, feel better, etc) and then ask yourself “Why would I STOP them during arguably the most stressful time of year??”

So let’s talk about how to do it.
