Gratitude. Yes this is a topic that almost is cliche but there is a reason everyone talks about it.

At the time that I am shooting this podcast, it's Thanksgiving time.

And of course this is a time when thankfulness and gratitude are in full force.

BUT just like's Black Friday and we might find ourselves with full on road rage as we try to find parking at the mall....and we forget all that wonderful things we were thankful for the day before.

Over the last few months, my health has really created a lot of stress and anxiety for me...and I have found that by INCREASING the amount of gratitude I have for the things in my life has been one of the main reasons I haven't pulled my hair out.
